SAPPHIRE Radeon NITRO+ RX 570 8GB GDDR5 PCI-Express Graphics Card. The card is in good overall working condition; it has been gently cleaned using compressed air and isopropyl alcohol. This is a dual BIOS card; it would appear that one setting has been modified for mining.

That setting will require'ATI Pixel Patcher' or a similar utility to to be run once per installation in order for the AMD driver to operate correctly. The second setting appears to be unmodified; it was tested (after an additional reinstallation) w/o running the ATI utility: It outputs video correctly.
