GIGABYTE GeForce RTX 3090 GAMING OC 24GB GDDR6X Graphics Card Damaged

Not Working - Damaged PCB, No Display Ouput. For sale is this non-working RTX 3090.

With this card installed in my system. Get no display output to my monitor. Led RGB light comes on but the fans do not spin and the card is not detected in Device Manager. Upon inspection I found an area of the PCB that is damaged and looks as though someone attempted a repair on it. Please look over the pictures closely as this is exactly what you will receive.
