Inspected, tested, works like it should, used for our test card for couple months, no issues, has been cleaned and thermal paste reapplied, good lower end gaming card. Has small amount of hot glue stuck to bottom of board, did not attempt to remove as it might remove components in that area, does not affect card at all, see pics. Might have scratches, dings and other imperfections on the surface of graphics card, see pics.
